Great Canadian product

I was pleased to come across a heated mat from Canada. I would definitely recommend these. They work great. We bought them as a pathway from our house to our hot tub for the winter. When I purchased the mats, I forgot to add in the power cord. Customer service was excellent - the cord was able to get added to my order and they ensured I still qualified for free shipping and a 20% coupon code that I had applied on my original order. Would highly recommend.
