IceTrek Rubber Snow Melting Mats Limited Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Coverage:

IceTrek provides a limited warranty for its rubber snow melting mats and accessories ("Product/ Products") to the original purchaser ("Customer") under normal use and service conditions. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

IceTrek warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If during the warranty period the Products is found to be defective due to such reasons, IceTrek will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Products or provide a refund of the original purchase price.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  1. Improper installation or misuse of the Products.
  2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the Products.
  3. Accidents, abuse, or neglect.
  4. Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond the Product's design limits.
  5. Normal wear and tear.
  6. Damage caused by animals or insects.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact IceTrek Customer Service at Info@icetrek.ca or 1-877-411-0053 the moment your Product(s) show manufacturer defects.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice).
  3. Provide any photo or video evidence if available.
  4. Return the defective Product to IceTrek as instructed by Customer Service once your warranty has been accepted.
  5. Shipping cost MAY be waved at the discretion of IceTrek customer service

IceTrek reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine the nature and cause of the defect. If the defect is covered under warranty, IceTrek will repair or replace the Products or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICETREK DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT. ICETREK'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT.

Effective Date:

This warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and applies to Product/Products purchased on or after this date.
