Please follow these installation and maintenance guidelines during use:

• Interconnect up to two walkway mats (120V) on one GFCI power unit of 15 amps. A GFCI power cord is required for this mat and any of our other products, which is sold separately.
• Heat from the mats may cause discolouration and/or cracking on some surfaces. To protect decorative concrete (like stained concrete) from heat damage and discolouration, it’s advised to use a layer of insulation beneath heated mats such as EPDM foam.
• Never stack mats when they are plugged in and in use.
• Always inspect all cords and mats before use. Check for any signs of wear or damage to prevent accidents.
• Clean with a mild dish detergent and a soft scrub brush to remove dirt, salt, or any other debris. Keep mats plugged in to avoid getting moisture in connectors.
• Our mats are designed to be used outdoors only.
• Do not use mats as pet heating mats.
