- Heat from mats may cause discolouration and/or cracking to some surfaces. To protect decorative concrete (stained concrete) from heat damage and discoloration, it’s advised to use a layer of insulation beneath heated mats such as EPDM Foam
- Never stack mats when plugged in and in use.
- Always inspect the cords and the mats before use. Check for any signs of wear or damage to prevent accidents.
- Clean with a mild dish detergent and a soft scrub brush to remove dirt, salt, or any other debris. Keep mats plugged in to avoid getting moisture in connectors.
