Return & Warranty Policy for IceTrek Rubber Snow Melting Mats

Warranty:

  • IceTrek Rubber Snow Melting Mats come with a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment. Please send an email to orders@icetrek.ca with your Order # and as much detail to describe the issues you experienced with your product. Attach any photos or videos to support your warranty claim.
  • The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that your mats are flawlessly in keeping your premises snow-free.

IceTrek Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing IceTrek. To ensure a fair process for all customers, please review our policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, free of outdoor debris (salt/dirt), and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Timeline: Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 10 calendar days. After this window, the return authorization expires.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • EPDM Foam: All foam products are cut to order and are Final Sale.

  • Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased IceTrek products from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

3. Electrical Responsibility

IceTrek is not responsible for orders placed for mats or accessories that are incompatible with a customer's electrical configuration (e.g., overloading a circuit). Please review the electrical specifications on www.icetrek.ca or contact us before purchasing if you have questions about your home’s capacity.

4. Defective Products & Malfunctions

In the unlikely event that your mat or GFCI power unit malfunctions:

  • Contact info@icetrek.ca immediately.

  • IceTrek reserves the right to repair or replace any potentially defective product at our discretion before a refund is considered.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
