Shipping Options:
IceTrek offers shipping within Canada using standard ground shipping services. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request, with additional charges applicable.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated due to stock availability or other factors. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates to Canadian destinations are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination postal code. Rates may vary and will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Delivery Time:
Standard ground shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination within Canada. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions:
IceTrek ships to physical addresses within Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:
At this time, IceTrek does not offer shipping outside of Canada. We only ship to addresses within Canada.

Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Damage or Loss:
In the event that a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact IceTrek Customer Service immediately at orders@icetrek.ca or 1-877-411-0053. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Acceptance:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment during normal delivery hours. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or storage fees.

IceTrek reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the shipping policy will be posted on our website.
